This farmhouse has been completely renovated and divided into 5 apartments. It has grounds of 2 hectares with a small lake (fishing). A swimming pool and a tennis court in Mateco are also available (in the evening there is a charge for the lighting).

The five apartments we offer, all of them independent, are in the main part of the house and are tastefully and comfortably furnished with satellite television. Apartment No. 1 has a superior level of equipment. Every apartment has a private outdoor-area with lawn-furniture. Ideal for golf players (5 Km far from Montecatini Golf Club). Farm-house "La Pescaia", 13 km from the centre of Montecatini, 7 km from the centre of Vinci, 50 km from the centre of Firenze. For shared use: park 2 ha (fenced). Swimming pool (7 x 15 m, 08.05.-09.10.), outside shower. Tennis, children's playground. Private: garden furniture. Linen change weekly.
